The Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services (MDIC) initiated a public consultation to obtain contributions from civil society regarding the update of the legal framework that regulates the assessments of public interest in trade remedies’ proceedings.

Such evaluations aim to analyze whether there are reasons that justify the change (suspension / non-application / amendment) of antidumping or countervailing measures.
