Circular No. 13 was published yesterday (17/4), which made public the request for the reapplication of the anti-dumping duty with suspended exigibility for reasons of public interest, in accordance with Gecex/Camex Resolution No. 216/2021, which provides for the definitive anti-dumping duty applied to Brazilian imports of disposable plastic syringes for general use, with a capacity of 1ml, 3ml, 5ml, 10ml or 20ml, with or without needles, commonly classified under NCM sub-items 9018.31.11 and 9018.31.19, originating from China.

It has initiated a 30 day-period for the submission of comments on the request in question, in the form provided for by art. 15, § 4, of Secex Ordinance No. 13/2020.
